Work with us!

The Skookum Kids staff is an energetic team of 20+ world-changers. Growth is our default setting, and we're interested in whole-person health. We enjoy competitive wages and a best-in-class benefits package that includes healthcare, retirement, flexible time off, a professional development budget, and a tuition reimbursement program.

We believe that a diverse team is a stronger team, so we strive for justice in hiring and at every opportunity work to reverse systemic racism, unequal treatment, and other barriers to inclusion. We strongly encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds (including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks) to apply and join in this important work.
